FTP: TLS session of data connection not resumed
When connecting to an FTP server, you receive the following error:
Unable to build data connection. TLS session of data connection not resumed.
To fix this error, you can enable TLS 1.3 on the SSL/TLS settings page.
As of 2025, TLS 1.3 is the latest and most secure version of the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.
