Symptom: When you try to open a ZIP archive created by KLS Backup in Windows Explorer, you receive a Compressed Folder error. The archive can be restored correctly using KLS Backup.

This error occurs because Windows Explorer (Compressed Folders) does not support all ZIP features. For example, ZIP archives containing long file paths may trigger this error. If you want to use an external tool to access the archive's contents and Windows Explorer does not work, we recommend third-party applications such as 7-Zip.
