FTP: file names containing foreign characters are not displayed correctly
OPTS commands are no longer used to activate UTF-8. If the server reports the UTF8 capability (reported in reply of FEAT command), it is required to detect and accept UTF-8 encoded filenames.
KLS Backup supports UTF-8 encoding, but some servers still require the command OPTS UTF8 ON to enable this mode explicitly.
To send this command automatically, use the Custom commands option in KLS Backup.
Note: some FTP servers may require the OPTS UTF-8 NLST command to force UTF-8 encoding.
